Lie Detector
Lie Detector puts one operative in the interrogation chair each round. The system generates a personal question, a randomly selected target types an answer, and secretly declares whether it is the truth or a fabrication. Then the squad gets to work: an open interrogation phase where anyone can grill the target, followed by a locked-in vote of TRUTH or LIE from every other player.
The reveal pays out points to sharp investigators, but a convincing liar earns points for every operative they fooled, so playing the target well is just as valuable as reading one. Because the questions are personal and the interrogation is live conversation, it doubles as one of the best get-to-know-you modules on the platform.

Rules of Engagement
- 01Each round, the AI generates a question and one random player becomes the target.
- 02The target types an answer and secretly declares it a truth or a lie.
- 03During the interrogation phase, everyone else can question the target out loud.
- 04When the host advances, all other players cast a final TRUTH or LIE vote. Votes are locked once cast.
- 05After every vote is in, the host reveals the verdict.
- 06Correct voters earn 10 points each; the target earns 5 points for every player they fooled.
Strategic Intelligence
- As the target, deliver truths and lies with the same tone and pacing. Most players get caught by a change in delivery, not by the story itself.
- A boring true story told awkwardly beats an elaborate lie. If you must lie, borrow details from something that actually happened to you.
- Interrogators should ask for specifics fast: times, names, places. Liars improvise details more slowly than they recall them.
- Vote on the details, not on confidence. Charismatic friends are exactly the ones who profit from your gut feeling.
- Track how each friend behaves when you know they told the truth. That baseline is your real lie detector over multiple rounds.
Tactical Suitability
Perfect for friend groups who enjoy reading each other and talking their way out of trouble. It shines with people who know each other a little but not completely, which also makes it a strong icebreaker for new groups, parties, and remote calls where you want conversation built into the game.
